- Add 15–20 g of ground coffee into the phin

- Fill the phin with hot water and let it drip for 5–7 minutes

- Allow the coffee to cool slightly

Step 2: Prepare and blend the avocado

Prepare the avocado:

- Wash the avocado, cut it lengthwise around the fruit, and gently twist to separate

- Remove the pit and peel off any thin brown skin attached to the flesh

- Scoop out the green avocado flesh with a spoon

- Cut into small chunks

Blend the avocado:

- Add all the avocado flesh to the blender

- Add 30–40 ml of sweetened condensed milk

- Add 60 ml of fresh milk

- Add 1/3 cup of ice cubes

- Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy

Note: Do not add coffee while blending. Only blend avocado with milk and ice.

Step 3: Assemble the avocado coffee

- Pour the smooth avocado smoothie into a glass

- Slowly pour the brewed coffee over the avocado layer to create a beautiful layered effect

- The coffee will form a dark brown layer floating above the green avocado smoothie
